The first step is to put the picked fresh blueberries into the tray and put them into the material cart.

The third step, blueberry drying is carried out in three stages
(1) The first stage: set the drying temperature to 45°C, the relative humidity to 12%, drying + strong dehumidification mode, drying for 8 hours.
(2) The second stage: set the drying temperature to 55°C, the relative humidity to 12%, drying + dehumidification mode, and drying for 6 hours.
(3) The second stage: set the drying temperature to 65°C, the relative humidity to 12%, drying + dehumidification mode, and drying for 4 hours.
(4) The fourth step, drying a batch of blueberries takes about 18 to 20 hours. After drying, the quality of the dried products is checked and sorted and packaged.
The water content of blueberries is high, and the first stage can be appropriately extended for 1 to 2 hours according to the actual situation. The drying time for drying 500 catties of blueberries is calculated as 20 hours. The 3P blueberry dryer consumes 4 kWh/hour, and the total power consumption for drying a batch of 500 catties of blueberries is 80 kWh. The specific electricity price is subject to the local area.
