1 Tremella harvested and pre-dried

2 Tremella initial temperature setting

Using a heat pump dryer can be completed in about 15 hours, the initial drying temperature should be low, it should start from 30 ° C, the drying time is about 5 hours, and the moisture content of the ear flaps is reduced to about 30%.
3 Tremella drying mid-section temperature
In the mid-term drying of Tremella, the temperature will be raised to about 55 °C, and the drying time is 5-8 hours. The temperature in the early and final stages of drying should be low, and the temperature in the middle period should be high. If the temperature in the early stage is too high, the moisture of Tremella will not be easily discharged, which will affect the drying of Tremella dry quality.
4 Tremella after drying
In the late stage of Tremella drying, the ear flaps are nearly dry, and the temperature in the dryer is lowered to about 35°C, and the whole process of drying is completed when the ear bases are completely dry. After the tremella drying is completed, when the cooling is consistent with the normal temperature, the tremella can be graded, packaged and stored.
