Heat pump food dehydrator machine adopts a fully enclosed box structure and a hot air circulation system. The heat pump dryer uses the principle of reverse Carnot cycle to absorb the heat in the air and transfer it to the room, thereby increasing the temperature in the drying room, and cooperating with fans and other equipment to achieve drying of materials. The heat pump is mainly composed of condenser-compressor-throttle valve-condenser-compressor and other devices to form a circulating system.

1. Heating host: Use little electric energy to absorb free heat in the air to dry materials;
2. Insulation drying room: It is mainly used to place the materials to be dried. It uses 10CM polyurethane insulation board with a filling density of 40 kg, which has better insulation effect and can also avoid heat loss;
3. Circulating air system: through the circulating fan with high temperature and humidity, the heat is brought to every corner of the drying room to increase the temperature in the drying room and take away the moisture that evaporates from the material;
4. Drainage system: The main purpose is to use the condenser to discharge the condensed water to the outside, so as to better reduce the humidity of the indoor air;
5. Dehumidification system: drain the high humidity moisture in the drying room to achieve the purpose of drying;
6. Waste heat recovery system: three-pass waste heat recovery to minimize heat loss and high drying efficiency;
7. Intelligent control system: using touch screen control, up to 10 time periods can be set, and each time period can be set for different drying temperature, humidity and system working mode.
8. Early warning system: according to customer needs, according to time, temperature, humidity and other parameters set up early warning, convenient to remind customers.
