The heat pump eggplant drying machine is an electrically powered, low-temperature dehydration system based on a reverse Carnot cycle. It transfers free heat from the air to the drying room, achieving a precise, constant drying temperature of 40-80°C. Eggplant drying machine completes the entire eggplant drying process, including blanching, dehumidification, shaping, and softening. The finished product is glossy black, tender, and retains nutrients.
The eggplant dryer utilizes the reverse Carnot principle. The compressor generates work, driving the refrigerant circulation. This absorbs low-level heat energy from the air and converts it into high-level heat energy, thereby heating the air inside the eggplant dryer. Throughout this process, the refrigerant circulates between the compressor, condenser, throttling device, and evaporator, continuously transferring heat from the low-temperature environment to the high-temperature environment, providing a continuous and stable heat source for drying the eggplant.
Improved Production Efficiency: Traditional natural drying methods are limited by weather and site conditions, resulting in long drying times and low efficiency. Heat pump eggplant dehydrator, however, are unaffected by weather and enable 24-hour continuous production, significantly shortening the eggplant drying cycle.
