1. Garlic Clove Separation
Garlic bulbs are first separated into individual cloves. Properly separated and dried garlic cloves provide better peeling performance.
2. Drying
The garlic cloves enter the drying section to reduce surface moisture and prepare the cloves for dry peeling.
3. Pneumatic Peeling
Compressed air enters the peeling chamber through multiple air outlets. The high-speed airflow creates a strong vortex that loosens and removes the outer garlic skin.
4. Skin and Clove Separation
The peeled garlic cloves and removed skins are discharged separately, making collection and further processing easier.
5. Further Processing
The peeled garlic can be directly sent to subsequent processes such as washing, slicing, drying, grinding, garlic powder production, or packaging.
