1. Impurity removal: The impurity removal equipment removes the sand, grass, leaves and various impurities mixed in the pepper under the action of wind, and can be directly cleaned with simple operation and high output, which greatly improves production efficiency. 2. Seed removal: The seed removal equipment uses the principle of specific gravity of pepper pulp and pepper seeds. The pepper seed removal machine is mainly used for the separation of pepper pulp and pepper seeds for processing 1000kg-2000kg per hour. Special equipment for deep processing.

3. Drying: The chili drying machine can use a vibrating fluidized bed dryer or a multi-layer mesh belt dryer to dry the fresh chili peppers (whole strips) or flakes to facilitate the subsequent processes. After years of testing and practical experience, it is believed that 46~55℃ is the best temperature limit for hot pepper baking. Generally, before the water content of the pepper drops to 50%, it can be roasted at a slow temperature of 46~50℃, and then dried at a faster temperature at 50~55℃. In short, when the water content in the chili pepper is high, the temperature of roasting should be slower. When the water content is low, the temperature can be raised slightly faster, so that the chili pepper can be preserved and form more aroma substances, improve the taste quality, and prevent the browning reaction of the dry color of the chili pepper from occurring.

4. Crushing: The chili crushing machine adopts a counter-roll pepper grinder, a double drum grinder, and an ultra-fine grinder to make the pepper into 60 mesh fine powder, which has high output, low power consumption, and is clean and hygienic.

5. Granulation: Adopt ring film granulator system, continuous operation and automatic unloading.
