1. Material selection
Do a good job of checking the raw materials of figs in the first step, choose ripe and suitable figs (not overripe) and choose large and plump figs;
2. Cleaning - destemming - cutting

3. Block drying
Generally, the temperature should be set in the range of 70-85°C for the first 1 hour, so as to evaporate a large amount of water in the figs in a short period of time, and control the dehumidification at 50% in the 4 hours. During the second period of 8 hours, the temperature should be 60-70°C The range of dehumidification is used as the benchmark, the dehumidification time is slightly shortened, and the humidity is controlled at 30%. In the third period of 5 hours, the temperature is reduced by 50-60°C, and the humidity continues to decrease to 10%. The whole process takes about 18 hours, and the moisture content of figs drops to Within 15%;
4. Dry the whole
It takes longer time. First, spread the fruit evenly on the shelf cart, push it into the drying room to dry for 25-30 hours, then push it out to a cool place outside the drying room for a day, and then push it into the drying room for drying. Second drying. The daily drying capacity of the fig dryer depends on the specifications of the model. The minimum is 600-800 catties per batch, the maximum is 2,000 catties per batch, and the production capacity of 10,000 catties or more can be considered in the way of blowing and combination;
