Squid Heat Pump Dryer Drying Temperature

There are two ways to dry squid. The traditional drying is to use the sun directly. The disadvantage of this drying method is that the temperature is uneven during drying, and it is necessary to dry the squid. There are guards, and the dried squid needs to be turned over several times a day. It takes about 10 days to dry the squid, so the drying speed is not high. It takes longer when dry.

Therefore, the heat pump industry has developed a heat pump squid dryer equipment for this drying phenomenon. This dryer equipment absorbs the air heat from the outside to dry the squid, and consumes every hour during drying. The electricity is not much, energy saving drying.

Because this kind of dryer equipment absorbs the heat of the air in the outside world, the drying temperature can reach 80 °C, and we can also adjust the temperature to a suitable temperature during drying.

So how to control the temperature of the squid heat pump dryer

Take our Aubert 10P squid dryer as an example, the rated power of about 10KW, the heat output of the machine can be as high as 35KW, its energy efficiency is 35/10=3.5, the temperature adjustment is mainly controlled by the inner and outer condensers, and the wind speed is adjusted by Inverter control, relative humidity is obtained proportional to the air flow through the evaporator. Follow the above drying process principles, so that the squid can be dried naturally. Usually 4-5 catties of wet squid will get 1 catties of dried squid. The dried squid is clean, reddish in color, and tender and delicate in meat.

The squid dryer equipment needs to control the drying temperature when drying, so that the dried squid can be dried with good quality.
