In the third stage, the target temperature is raised to 65°C, the drying time is set to 2 hours, and continuous dehumidification is performed. Enter the fourth stage, set the target temperature to 70°C, set the drying time to 2 hours, carry out continuous dehumidification, and finally keep the humidity of sweet potato chips at 18%, and the drying can be completed. After stopping, let the sweet potato chips cool naturally.
